The closure of the North Gate of Cardiff Castle during the race presentation was very unfortunate.

Are you going to continue with male vets starting at age 35? This really is a contamination from the world of track & field!

I'd propose vets from age 50, but I suppose men from 40 & ladies from 35 as before would be an acceptable compromise...

Why ladies from 35? Don't women peak slightly later for endurance than men? Same age should apply for vet-hood for both men and women, especially as both open and vet teams can be mixed.
