Stage 4 :  Maentwrog - Harlech Castle 9.5m

Race marshalling and other instructions for this and indeed all 20 stages of the relay can be seen here in the 'Castles Reference Pack'. This quite a large file though (2.4 Mb !).

Start: Right hand side of the Old Bridge, A487 (Grid Ref:SH665407). Start time 13:30pm. (Note that runners must assemble at Oakeley Arms before being escorted down to the start)

Finish: School car park, Ysgol Ardudwu (Grid Ref:580314)
